    I, along with seven other men, had the pleasure of staying at your resort hotel as part of a weekend golf package. In addition to being a police chief I am also a police trainer both in New Hampshire and nationally. I have had the occasion to stay in many, very upscale, hotels during the past several years. I want to tell you that the staff of your resort are second to none for friendliness, hospitality, and professionalism, which made our trip most enjoyable. Right from the start when we checked in on Friday afternoon, I knew it was going to be a pleasant experience. The two young ladies at the front desk were very warm and cordial. We asked them about the location of some golf driving ranges. They gave us directions and one of them even called to find out what the hours were. They recommended some of the local restaurants to us and definitely did not steer us wrong.
    On Friday night we went into The Moby Dick Pub and met Miquel. He was a wonderfully personable bartender. He took some time to speak with us about a variety of subjects and always had a kind word to say and a smile on his face. On Saturday afternoon, when we came back from golfing, our room was clean beyond our expectations. A great setting to come back to. Later, myself and another Chief of Police, were really hoping we could scare up a cup of coffee. We went to the continental breakfast room to find it was closed. However, a young lady came to the door and asked if she could help us. We just indicated that we were hoping to grab a coffee. She invited us in to get a cup to go, and then engaged us in some friendly conversation about Jamaica. Once again, we could not believe how polite, courteous, friendly and warm your employee was. 
    After we had checked out, we stopped in Sandwich to play our last 18 holes of golf before heading home. Much to my surprise I discovered that I had left my golf shoes in my room. When I returned home, Sunday evening, I called the resort and asked if anyone by chance had rescued my golf shoes. The desk put me through to housekeeping where I left a message. Early Monday morning I received a call from Judy who was most pleased to report that she had found my golf shoes. She assured me that she would mail them to me. The next morning I received them via UPS. 
    I need to tell you that the experience at your resort, particularly the friendly, warm, courteous treatment we received from your staff was probably the best hotel experience of my life. You have an outstanding staff and I hope you will make every effort to retain them because dedication and professionalism like theirs will be very hard to replace.  Please extend my sincere gratitude to your staff for the very special treatment they afforded me and my friends. You can count on us being return patrons to your resort and probably many of our friends as well, because we certainly do not intend to keep this wonderful experience a secret.
